Overview

HireRight is seeking a strategic and versatile Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring across Corporate Functions, including Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Strategy, and other G&A teams, while providing recruiting support across Go-to-Market (GTM), Product, and Technology organizations as business priorities evolve.

 

Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, this role will serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and business leaders, owning the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance. The ideal candidate is a strong recruiting generalist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can quickly pivot across functions, and brings a consultative approach to talent acquisition.

 

This position will play a key role in helping HireRight attract and hire high-caliber talent while continuously improving recruiting processes, stakeholder partnerships, and candidate experience.

 

This is a hybrid role (3 days onsite) located at our downtown Nashville, TN office location.

Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruiting
  • Manage end-to-end recruiting for Corporate Functions, including Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Compliance, Strategy, Corporate Development, and other business support teams.
  • Support overflow and strategic hiring initiatives across GTM, Product, Technology, and Operations functions as needed.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business objectives, role requirements, organizational structure, and talent needs.
  • Develop tailored sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies for a wide range of professional and leadership roles.
Talent Advisory & Stakeholder Partnership
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR Business Partners throughout the hiring process.
  • Lead intake meetings, establish recruiting strategies, and provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive hiring practices.
  • Influence hiring decisions through structured assessments, data, and talent insights.
  • Ensure alignment between recruiting activity and broader workforce planning initiatives.
Sourcing & Talent Attraction
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of qualified talent for recurring and business-critical positions.
  • Engage passive candidates and effectively articulate HireRight's value proposition.
  • Partner with Employer Branding and HR teams to support talent attraction initiatives.
Candidate Experience & Process Excellence
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage candidate communications, interview scheduling coordination, offer presentation, and closing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies, employment regulations, and internal recruiting standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, processes, and operational efficiency.
Metrics & Continuous Improvement
  • Track and manage recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health, and offer acceptance rates.
  • Utilize recruiting data to identify trends, improve outcomes, and support workforce planning discussions.
  • Contribute to talent acquisition projects and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within corporate or in-house talent acquisition environments.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting across multiple business functions, including Corporate/G&A organizations.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience supporting professional through leadership-level hiring.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and candidate closing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and responsiveness.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

  • Consistently deliver high-quality hires across Corporate Functions and assigned business areas.
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR stakeholders.
  • Maintain healthy candidate pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
