What are your contributions to the team?- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies for key positions.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: needs assessment, job posting, sourcing, interviews, negotiation, and onboarding.
- Conduct market research and advise managers on market trends and hiring practices.
- Leverage technology tools and platforms to optimize sourcing and enhance the candidate experience.
- Design and execute candidate generation strategies while building a strong talent pipeline.
- Participate in strategic projects related to talent acquisition (e.g., employer branding, process improvement).
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and promote the company's image.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve recruitment efficiency.
How to thrive in this role?- You hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- You have a minimum of 8+ years of experience in full cycle recruitment.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
- You have experience supporting complex, cross-functional hiring needs across corporate departments such as HR, Legal, Finance, Marketing, IT etc.
- You demonstrate strong influencing and advisory skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
- You have managed multiple roles in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- You have a strong client focus and an innovative, solution-oriented mindset.
- You have excellent command of sourcing techniques (Boolean etc.) and digital recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- You have knowledge of market trends and recruitment best practices.
- You can manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
