- Contribute to the end-to-end recruitment process

- Promote the Bank and identify potential profiles
- Contribute to improving co-development processes and activities

Prerequisites - Bachelor's degree with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience
- Experience in head hunting/sourcing and talent acquisition
- Experience in creating talent pools and measuring pool performance
- Serve as a strategic partner in supporting and supporting managers
- Be a pool expert for the Canada-wide and regional commercial and Capital Markets sector
- Maintain a proactive approach in managing pools
- Strong interpersonal skills: Demonstrated leadership, ability to influence and negotiate, rigour, creativity and innovation skills
- Proven experience in an advisory role with management in large companies
- Ability to work in synergy with the team and partners
- Ability to question the status quo
