Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Tableau Developer to design, optimize, and maintain Tableau dashboards and business intelligence solutions supporting reporting and analytics needs. The role will collaborate with BI, DBA, and ETL teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Gather and analyze business reporting and analytics requirements.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Design scalable BI data models and Tableau data extracts.
• Manage report security and user access.
• Collaborate with BI, DBA, and ETL teams to deliver data solutions.
• Troubleshoot dashboard performance and reliability issues.
• Optimize Tableau dashboards working with large datasets.
• Translate business requirements into impactful reporting and analytics solutions.

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in BI, reporting, and analytics development.
• 3+ years of experience in Tableau design and development.
• Strong SQL, data warehousing, and data modeling expertise.
• Experience optimizing Tableau dashboards with large datasets.
• Experience with Alteryx workflow development.
• Knowledge of Python, Shell scripting, Linux, and Git.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of financial services or derivatives markets.
