Network-Focused, Senior Systems Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping the next generation of military training systems. We're seeking a technically driven engineer with a strong background in systems integration, networked simulation environments, and acquisition support. If you thrive in complex technical environments and enjoy solving multifaceted engineering challenges, this role is for you.
Due to the classified nature of this work, this position is not eligible for remote or telework. Key Responsibilities:- Leading and supporting systems engineering analyses including requirements development, feasibility assessments, and trade studies across performance, affordability, maintainability, and integration domains.
- Evaluating and translating operational needs into system performance specifications, ensuring technical parameters align with physical and functional system requirements.
- Conducting vulnerability, susceptibility, and compatibility assessments for interconnected systems within the training and simulation domain.
- This position will required 10% travel.

Requirements
Education and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related STEM field, required.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on systems engineering experience, ideally within modeling, simulation, or training systems environments.
- At least 5 years of acquisition lifecycle support, with 2 years supporting DoD training or training systems programs.
- Demonstrated experience supporting key engineering disciplines such as: reliability & maintainability, electromagnetic interference (EMI), integrated logistics, cost estimation and risk analysis, and human systems integration.
Technical Expertise:- Deep understanding of current and emerging military technologies, platforms, and tactics (U.S., allied, and threat-based).
- Familiarity with federal acquisition frameworks and documentation, including FAR, MIL-STDs, and DoD/NAVAIR policies and instructions.
- Ability to analyze and apply regulatory and compliance standards to engineering tasks effective

Security Clearance Requirement:- This position requires U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Top Secret clearance. Selected candidate will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
