Full Job Description
Kearney & Company is currently seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to join our team. Duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Lead system testing activities, including development of test plans, test scripts, and execution oversight for government capabilities.
  • Support system deployment activities, coordinating with the DevOps Engineer and development team to prepare and execute deployment packages.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and programs for government end users and administrators using the latest interactive training technologies.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination and manage test result documentation.
  • Contribute to software documentation deliverables related to testing and training.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in systems testing, deployment, and/or training support across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience developing test plans, test scripts, and managing test execution for complex IT systems.
  • Experience developing and delivering training for government IT systems.
  • Minimum current DoD Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with DoD PPBE or financial management IT systems.
  • Familiarity with SIPRNet/NIPRNet deployment procedures.

Overview

The expected salary range for this position is between $93,000 and $180,000. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
