Full Job Description
The Senior Systems Administrator installs, configures, and maintains the assigned company-wide systems. The position is also responsible for assisting with systems design, planning, and implementation.

What You'll Do:

  • Install, configure, maintain, and support assigned company-wide systems
  • Support the CTI network to ensure acceptable response time, availability, security, and capacity
  • Proactively identify areas where technology can improve business processes and productivity
  • Research, procure, and install new electronic devices and systems and set up
  • Maintain necessary documentation as required by CTI SOPs
  • Meet all project deadlines on time and on budget
  • Provide billable IT support to client projects
  • Train employees as needed on IT products and enhancements
  • Maintain joint responsibility for backup and restore procedures
  • Perform disaster recovery testing and documentation
  • Ability to assess problems, research and implement solutions
  • Project Management


What You'll Bring:
