Full Job Description
Lycopodium Americas is currently recruiting for a System Completions Coordinator to join our growing team in Mississauga, Ontario.

Reporting to the HSEQ Manager the Systems Completions Coordinator will be responsible for the accurate and proficient development and maintenance of data with the Projects Group.

The tasks you'll perform
  • Support the Projects and Commissioning teams to ensure deliverables meet Company, Client, and regulatory quality standards while maintaining compliance with ISO 9001 principles.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor project systems and databases to enable efficient, accurate, and traceable project data management.
  • Identify project Systems and Subsystems and create/manage a comprehensive database of all system and subsystem tags.
  • Compile and maintain Mechanical, Piping, and other relevant equipment lists required for project execution and completions.
  • Validate new tags against issued engineering drawings, scope drawings, and redline mark-ups (RLMUs) to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Ensure appropriate Construction, Pre-commissioning, and Commissioning Inspection & Test Reports (ITRs) are assigned to relevant tags and support the provision of handover documentation from Construction to Start-Up.
  • Liaise with Commissioning, Start-Up Operations, Construction, Maintenance, Preservation, and other stakeholders to support Management of Change processes, track progress, analyze data, and report against project timelines.
  • Develop and maintain walkdown, punch list, and completions tracking databases, manage ongoing project completions records, and train project personnel on the use of completions systems and databases.

The expertise you'll bring
  • Minimum 3 years of systems experience supported by a tertiary/trade qualification from a recognized university; experience with database systems (e.g., PIMS) and ISO 9001 principles is considered an asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with colleagues across multiple business units and disciplines.
  • Well-developed organizational, planning, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, vendors, stakeholders, and internal team members.
  • Proactively seeks, accepts, and applies guidance and feedback from subject matter experts to support continuous improvement and project success.
