This is a critical execution role with direct category ownership. If you're a detail-oriented Excel whiz with a passion for Honest's mission, we want to talk to you!

What you'll do:
  • Own inventory replenishment planning for multiple product categories
  • Own end-to-end supply planning for assigned product categories, including PSI, inventory strategy, supplier execution, and risk management.
  • Participate in our monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process
  • Provide supply planning inputs and recommendations for product categories managed
  • Own and maintain PSI (Production, Sales, Inventory) planning for assigned categories.
  • Execute and maintain TAKT-based supply planning in collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and proactively escalate risks related to capacity, lead times, or demand variability.
  • Use demand planning customer forecasts and planning guidelines to develop replenishment forecasts for contract manufacturers
  • Determine product purchases that take into account operational, product, and financial considerations
  • Generate and process purchase orders and provide reporting
  • Manage supplier relationships, ensuring on time and accurate production and delivery
  • Determine day-to-day supplier performance
  • Collaborate with the Product, Project Management, Brand Management, and Strategic Sourcing on launching new products and packaging for e-commerce and wholesale customers
  • Optimize inventory levels and tracking across multiple distribution centers to meet customer, operational, product, and financial/accounting goals
  • Collaborate with the Distribution Center team to ensure inventory accuracy and cycle count integrity
  • Solve supply issues to minimize disruptions to customer service
  • Partner closely with Accounting and Finance on inventory reconciliation, audit support, purchase commitments, E&O analysis, and cash-flow-related topics.
  • Make day-to-day supply planning decisions within defined guardrails and escalate risks and trade-offs proactively.

Planning Systems & Master Data Ownership
  • Maintain and update key planning and execution parameters in JDE (e.g., lead times, order multiples, safety stock settings, MOQ fields).
  • Ensure master data accuracy and consistency across assigned categories to support reliable planning, reporting, and execution.
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to troubleshoot data issues impacting PSI, inventory projections, or supplier execution.
  • Proactively identify and correct data integrity issues that could drive planning errors or service risk.
  • Support periodic master data validation and clean-up efforts, especially following SKU or system changes.
  • Cross-train other Supply Planners, when and as necessary, on planning related master data / parameters updates to ensure continuity and reduce single point of failure.

You'll love this job if you're:
  • A self-starter who loves collaboration. You're comfortable working independently as well as influencing cross-functional teams
  • A talented juggler. You successfully manage competing priorities, and you make it look easy
  • A dynamite problem solver and project manager. You're always thinking (at least) one step ahead
  • Adaptable and ambitious. You will enthusiastically take on other assignments as needed to support your team!
