Full Job Description
About the Role

OpenLoop's mission is to bring care anywhere by powering telehealth solutions at scale. The Supply Chain team makes that possible - translating patient demand into pharmacy production, keeping fulfillment within SLA and budget, and managing the partner network that gets medication out the door.

Our volume has tripled, and the team is being built out to match. Today the models, forecasts, and partner processes that run this function are largely manual and concentrated on a small number of people. That's the opportunity: this is a role where a handful of well-chosen process improvements produce visible, measurable results fast.

As Senior Supply Chain Analyst, you'll own the recurring operational engine of the function - pharmacy partner invoicing, demand translation, and supply chain reporting - while contributing to the volume and capacity planning work that determines where and how much our partners produce. Priorities will shift as problems get solved; you'll be trusted to own whatever the next one is.

What You'll Do
  • Own pharmacy partner invoice management end to end: audit, validate, and approve invoices across 20+ partners on varying billing cadences, ensuring on-time payment so partner accounts stay active and in good standing.
  • Translate demand projections from Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success into consumable production requirements for pharmacy partners - turning patient and vertical forecasts into what actually needs to be produced.
  • Support volume and capacity planning: analyze inbound order volume against partner capacity, medication availability, and service line to help allocate volume in a way that holds SLA and budget.
  • Feed procurement planning as the function builds out - informing what ingredients and consumables need to be sourced and in what quantity.
  • Own and maintain the supply chain dashboard and recurring reporting; improve the underlying data and inputs as tooling evolves (Zoho today, Tableau planned).
  • Identify and fix undefined or manual processes across the function; document what you build so it holds as the team scales.
  • Partner cross-functionally with pharmacy partners, Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, and Procurement to gather inputs and resolve discrepancies.
  • Take on new priority areas as they emerge - cost optimization, vendor spend analysis, and other operational problems the team needs owned.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Who You Are

You're an analyst who likes unfinished territory. You're comfortable when the priority shifts mid-quarter, you'd rather build the process than inherit one, and you're energized - not frustrated - by an environment where the answer isn't documented yet.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Analytics, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in supply chain, inventory planning, demand planning, or operations analytics.
  • Experience translating demand or sales forecasts into supply, production, or purchasing requirements.
  • Advanced Excel/Sheets; comfortable building and maintaining models with multiple moving inputs.
  • Experience owning recurring operational workflows end to end, including vendor invoicing, spend auditing, or partner reconciliation.
  • Experience in an SLA-driven environment with clear accountability for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Healthcare or pharmacy exposure, or demonstrated ability to get fluent in a technical product vocabulary quickly.
  • Track record of thriving in a fast-changing, high-growth environment where priorities shift and processes are still being built.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Startup or early-stage operating experience.
  • Dashboard and reporting ownership (Zoho Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Light SQL or scripting exposure; comfort using AI tools to accelerate analysis.
  • Pharmacy, compounding, or regulated-product supply chain experience.
  • Experience supporting a procurement function stand-up.

Our Benefits

In addition, for salaried positions you would also be eligible for:
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision plans
  • Flexible Spending/Health Savings Accounts
  • Flexible PTO
  • 401(k) + Company Match
  • Life Insurance, Pet insurance, and more
