  • Develop, manage, and maintain the project schedule and short-term look-ahead plans; align trade sequencing and commitments to key milestones.
  • Lead the field operating rhythm (e.g., daily huddles/stand-ups, weekly foreman and subcontractor coordination meetings) to remove constraints, confirm readiness, and drive documented action items.
  • Oversee subcontractor performance, manpower, sequencing, and productivity; verify readiness and resolve issues that could impact schedule, safety, or quality.
  • Interpret plans, specifications, submittals, and change documents; coordinate constructability solutions and technical issue resolution with Project Management and design partners.
  • Partner with Project Management on cost control and forecasting, labor/production tracking, and proactive identification of risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Manage field change identification and documentation to support timely pricing, approvals, and accurate project records.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control through inspections, testing/inspection coordination, punch list management, and closeout/turnover readiness (including documentation).
