About the Role:

The Senior Superintendent plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed safely, on time, and within budget. Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in construction supervision, with at least 3 years in a senior superintendent or equivalent role.
• Proven track record managing large commercial or infrastructure construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or OSHA Safety Certification.
