Responsibilities

  • Maintain budget oversight and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders during construction.

Winter Construction is seeking a Senior Superintendent (Education/Municipal)

We're looking for:

- Experience managing commercial construction projects with a General Contractor.

- Located in the Greater Atlanta area or willingness to relocate.

- Background as a lead Superintendent on K12, Higher Education or Municipal projectsof $100mm+.

- Experience supervising Superintendent-level personnel.
