• Influence and develop alignment strategies across Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Operations, and IT stakeholders.
• Influence prioritization and roadmap decisions based on customer needs and business impact.

Supply Chain and Operations Integration
• Lead alignment across the full supply chain (fab, OSAT, logistics, planning) to meet customer commitments on schedule, cost, and quality.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks early and drive mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
• Support capacity planning, demand forecasting, and execution readiness.

Customer Engagement and Relationship Management

• Serve as a thought partner to customers, advising on technical trade-offs and manufacturing considerations.
• Support escalation management and drive resolution for critical issues.
