As a core member of the Indirect Sourcing team, this Sr. Strategic Sourcing Specialist develops and execute sourcing strategies for a broad portfolio of services that support Global Operations including managed facility services, security, and construction to achieve sustainable cost reductions, mitigate supply chain risk, and drive overall business objectives. Partnering with stakeholders across Global Operations, this role is responsible for managing complex sourcing initiatives end-to-end to ensure alignment with organizational goals and operational needs, while exercising judgment to resolve issues of varying scope and complexity, while driving innovation, operational performance, and value improvement.

Your responsibilities will include: - Leading complex RFI/RFP processes, including sourcing strategy development, supplier engagement, bid analysis, negotiation strategy, and contract negotiations with facility service providers in conjunction with internal stakeholders
- Developing and executing sourcing strategies for assigned Facilities and Operational Services categories, including identifying and implementing opportunities for cost reduction, supplier optimization, and risk mitigation
- Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to forecast and consolidate demand, align sourcing strategies with business priorities, and support implementation of value improvement initiatives
- Gathering and analyzing global spend data, market trends, and supply chain risks to develop and implement solutions that drive cost savings, cost avoidance, and service improvements
- Managing strategic supplier relationships, including performance reviews, scorecards, governance routines, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve supplier performance
- Negotiating value improvements and optimizing supplier contracts to improve cost, service levels, commercial terms, and overall supplier performance
- Leading initiatives focused on supplier consolidation, preferred supplier utilization, and improved compliance with sourcing strategies and company policies
- Applying sourcing expertise, business judgment, and market knowledge to solve sourcing and supplier-related problems of varying scope and complexity
- Serving as a trusted advisor and partner to internal stakeholders to identify business needs, influence decision-making, and align sourcing strategies with operational and financial objectives; ensuring compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Working independently across multiple sourcing initiatives while appropriately escalating complex or high-risk issues
- Supporting and providing guidance to less experienced team members on sourcing processes, tools, and best practices
- Promoting a work environment of continuous improvement and operational excellence
Required qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or related field with at least 4 years of procurement experience
- Experience developing and executing sourcing strategies across indirect procurement or facility services-based categories
- Experience leading sourcing initiatives, including RFI/RFP execution, supplier evaluation, and contract award recommendations
- Experience negotiating supplier contracts and driving value improvement initiatives
- Experience managing global supplier relationships, including performance and service optimization
- Ability to analyze spend, supplier capabilities, and market data to develop recommendations and support decision-making
Preferred qualification- Experience managing multiple sourcing initiatives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Tableau, SAP, Ariba, or similar systems
- Proficient in AI applications (CoPilot, ChatGPT, Deep Research, etc.)
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels internally and externally
- Effective project management and communication skills
