  • Support the execution of change communications for division priorities and initiatives, translating complex information into messaging that helps employees understand what is changing, why it matters, and what action may be required.
  • Own and maintain the Ortho Tech communications editorial calendar, coordinating content, timing and channels to align messaging, reduce duplication and minimize communication fatigue.
  • Manage Ortho Tech employee distribution lists, including list governance and ongoing maintenance, while identifying and implementing process improvements that strengthen accuracy, efficiency and audience targeting.

  • Serve as an Ortho Tech brand steward, applying and reinforcing Stryker brand standards, voice and messaging principles across division communications.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across Ortho Tech and business partner teams, providing guidance on audience, channel, timing, and content approach.
