Collaborate with various teams to establish and manage pricing across the full product portfolio, including power, space, connectivity, and non-recurring projects.
Develop, maintain, and refine proprietary pricing and financial models in MS Excel and other platforms.
Actively participate in the selling process to ensure accuracy and adherence to best practices, while also driving for outcomes in line with the broader financial and strategic goals.
Analyze deal economics by evaluating customer profiles, deployment requirements, market conditions, internal price/return targets, and other relevant factors.
Review and approve quotes in Salesforce, update internal records with the latest deal metrics, review assumptions for potential projects, and ensure compliance with internal approval limits/process.
Support senior-level reviews by producing relevant analysis of market rents, deal performance, underwriting methodologies, project profitability, NOI impact, etc.
