Role Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Statistica Engineer to manage, maintain, and enhance Statistica infrastructure and workflows within the Life Science and healthcare sector. This role involves deep expertise in Statistica applications, SQL Server, data management, and application support, focusing on system configuration, troubleshooting, and data pipeline optimization.
Key Responsibilities:- Set up and maintain Statistica infrastructure within Life Science and healthcare sector.
- Possess expertise in STATISTICA Workspaces, Data Configurations, Analysis Configurations, Microsoft SQL server, and Windows architecture.
- Design, develop, test, document, and deliver business requirements related to STATISTICA workflows.
- Troubleshoot Workspaces to resolve issues in reports effectively.
- Proficient in Web Statistica analysis for scheduling jobs through Web Statistica and Tasksets.
- Have a good understanding of monitoring and alerting dashboard systems.
- Conduct application upgrades, enhancements, and hotfix implementations as needed.
- Create data entry pages and deploy Web Data entry.
- Collaborate with the user community and business analysts to resolve issues and recommend strategic application growth.
- Build and optimize data pipelines to fetch data from different sources such as PI, Discoverant, LIMS, RMIP, OPM, Syncade AWS systems.
- Manage access using Active Directory.
- Develop and test disaster recovery plans to ensure zero data loss.
- Perform change implementations and migration activities.
- Handle change management for service and project deliveries individually.
- Possess knowledge of Microsoft server platform (e.g., MS Windows Servers).
- Familiarity with IT processes and tools such as ServiceNow, HPALM, and JIRA.
- Good understanding of Active Directory and Citrix applications.
- GxP Awareness including Good documentation Practice.
Required Skills:- Proficiency in SQL queries, data management, system configuration updates, and troubleshooting technical issues related to data and configuration.
- Extensive Statistica application experience.
- Experience with Global Security Applications (S2, Milestone, Traka, etc.).
- Proficiency in DotNET Technologies, SQL Server (including SQL replication), Power BI, JIRA, ALM, and ServiceNow.
- Experience with User Access Reviews & Compliance (GxP).
- Strong background in Application Support (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
- Proactive approach and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications:- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- GxP Awareness including Good Documentation Practice.
Preferred Skills:- Experience with Automation tools such as Power Automate, REST APIs, and Python.
- Basic knowledge of Azure & Cloud concepts.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure and configuration updates.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft SQL Server 2019, Core .NET Technologies, and ServiceNow.
