Ensure timely publishing of approved forms, rates, and rules on SharePoint

Analyze circulars and recommend state filing and system implementation
Proofread submissions to identify and correct discrepancies
Review criticisms received and provide legal references as needed
Monitor SERFF for filing statuses and timely updates to relevant teams
Full Job Description
Responsibilities
Provide Underwriting, Product Development and Actuarial with filing guidance to develop/assemble product filings for DOI submission (both for Bureau adoptions and independent filings) and manage filing lifecycle.
Ensure forms, rates, and rules are submitted for publishing on SharePoint immediately upon receiving approval from the state. All documentation submitted should be clear and accurate.
Research competitor filings upon request and include a brief summary of the information collected, key observations and/or any other critical highlights that would assist the requesting area.
Analyze circulars (ISO, NCCI, AAIS and Independent Bureaus) and make corresponding state filing and system implementation recommendations.
Proofread forms, rates, and rules to identify discrepancies to be corrected prior to submission.
Thoroughly review criticisms received and provide links and/or attachments to referenced laws and/or statues to Underwriting, Product Development, and Actuarial.
Monitor SERFF on a daily basis to obtain filing statuses and criticisms in order to provide timely updates to Underwriting, Product Development, and Actuary.
