Lockheed Martin Corporation seeks a Project Engineer, Senior Staff to lead cross-functional business initiatives to include Governance, Tracking & Closure of projects to directly support the enterprise-wide transformation agenda with a focus on U.S based solutions that consider impact to the non-US international audience. Support Enterprise Business and Digital Transformation efforts through implementation, strategy, and integration with existing systems to create a competitive advantage and drive the strategic objectives of the U.S based Executive Leadership Team. Coordinate integration initiatives to ensure new business capabilities are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with broader business needs. Oversee risk mitigation, schedule synchronization, and resource availability as well as stakeholder alignment across multiple functions and geographically dispersed organizations. Function as the primary point of contact for VP level and U.S Based Executive Leadership Team discussion to translate complex technical decisions into business impact terminology, secure executive buy in and contribute to the organization's strategic trajectory while providing non-US and international experience and perspectives. #LI-DNI

Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, or a related field, followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience in Project Management, coordinating multi-national teams responsible for core-business functions including, Finance, Operations, HR, Business Development, Engineering, Supply Chain, Facilities, Environment Safety & Health, and IT. Experience must include a minimum of: 5 years of experience utilizing and developing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP product suite; 5 years working in a controlled industry with experience with US and non-US controlled data handling requirements and business system architecture implications; 5 years of experience applying process improvement activities including leading structured workshops to deliver tangible business benefits; 5 years of experience with Agile project management and software development methodologies including Scaled Agile Framework; 5 years of experience working with high-level executives, including creating and delivering high-impact presentation content via Microsoft Tool suite; and 3 years of experience leading large scale multinational business and digital transformation projects encompassing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) business applications, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) platforms, and Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. Part time telecommuting may be permitted. 25% domestic travel is required. #LI-DNI

Basic Qualifications

Experience in Project Management, coordinating multi-national teams responsible for core-business functions including, Finance, Operations, HR, Business Development, Engineering, Supply Chain, Facilities, Environment Safety & Health, and IT.

Experience applying process improvement activities including leading structured workshops to deliver tangible business benefits.

Experience working with high-level executives, including creating and delivering high-impact presentation content via Microsoft Tool suite.

Desired skills

Experience leading large scale multinational business and digital transformation projects encompassing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) business applications, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) platforms, and Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.

Utlization and development of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP product suite.

Experience working in a controlled industry with experience with US and non-US controlled data handling requirements and business system architecture implications.

Demonstrated knowledge of Agile project management and software development methodologies including Scaled Agile Framework.

Ability to work remotely

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $122,900 - $216,660. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $141,300 - $244,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
