Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience in civil/structural or site engineering.
- Experience with building design, coordination, and construction.
- Experience implementing civil/structural engineering principles (e.g., grading and drainage, hydraulic modeling, sediment control, erosion control, or soil migration).
Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree in Chartered Engineering, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of site layout, grading, drainage, road, and infrastructure layouts.
- Knowledge of water/wastewater design, hydraulic modeling, and industry construction means and methods.
- Ability to communicate technical issues through online collaboration and presentations.
- Ability to work in a team/collaborative environment.
