Job Summary

Conducts sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes to attract qualified candidates. Implements recruitment strategies and ensures alignment with organizational hiring needs. Collaborates with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assesses talent acquisition needs and strategies to ensure alignment with the company's workforce planning goals and business objectives.
  • Assists in the management of recruitment initiatives, providing guidance and support to less experienced colleagues within the team.
  • Develops more complex sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent in the industry, utilizing both traditional and innovative channels.
  • Implements processes to optimize recruitment workflows, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Forecasts future talent needs by analyzing workforce trends and market data, helping to build a proactive recruitment approach.
  • Confers with hiring managers and senior leadership to determine hiring needs and job specifications for open positions.
  • Coaches team members on effective recruitment techniques, sharing best practices and contributing to the development of talent acquisition skills.
  • Establishes relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and professional networks to enhance the talent pipeline.
  • Ensures the quality and consistency of candidate assessments and hiring decisions, conducting periodic reviews of recruitment metrics.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
