Job Description:

The Role

Entegris is seeking an experienced SeniorSpecialist,Supply Chain to manage and resolve supply chain escalations within the Advanced Purity Solutions (APS) Division. In this role, you will partner with global planning, manufacturing, and operations teams to identify and address material shortages, crossplant constraints, and delivery risks across the endtoend supply chain. You will proactively analyze data, develop contingency plans, and communicate risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations to key stakeholders and senior leaders, while representing the Global Supply Planning team in daily operations, production escalations, and leadership forums.

This position reports to theDirector of Global Supply ChainPlanningandwill primarily support theGasMicro Contamination business. This positionmay be based out of San Luis Obispo, CA, Billerica, MA, Chaska, MN, or Colorado Springs, CO.

What Youll Do:

  • Identify and resolve anyshortages and cross-plantissues or delays within the supply chain processmaintainingaend-to-end perspective.

  • Develop contingencyactionplans to address potential supply chain disruptionsto be proactive.Communicate risk, tradeoffs, andscenarios to stakeholdersand leadership.

  • Represent the Global Supply Planning team during operations planning processes, dailyproduction escalations, and senior leadership report outs and working sessions.

  • Manage and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.

  • Analyze supply chain data and performance to identify areas for improvement.This includesenhancingERP setting and PowerBIpartnering with the COE.

  • Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure smooth operations.

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

  • Work on a global team and leverage best practices amongst each other to ensure personal and team development and success.

  • Create and maintain detailed reports on supply chain performance metrics.

  • Collaborate with different departments to align supply chain activities with overall business goals.

What We Seek:

  • 5-7yearssupply chainmanagementexperience;

  • Bachelors Degree; preferably in Business, Supply Chain or IndustrialDistribution;

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and/or Access, and developing or operating in complex databases;ability to analyze data and turn data into information and action

  • Ability to apply statistical methods to supply chain and inventory related concepts (using SPC concept to assign upper and lower target stocking levels, using Mean Average Deviation or Standard Deviation to establish safety stock levels)

  • Effective people skills (Communicate, Influence and champion change);

  • Knowledge andhands onexperience in SAP MRP/ERPrequired;

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive accountability across peers as well as leading cross-functionalteams;

  • Effective problem solving / critical thinking skills to drive solutions related to complex supply chain models andcharacteristics;

  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholdersinall levels of theorganization;

  • Excellent decision-making ability with the confidence to implement thosedecisions;

  • APICS certification a strong plus
