Job Description:

The Role:

As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) you will lead the execution of a strategically important portfolio of New Product Introduction (NPI) programs within our Formulated Solutions (FS) business unit. Working across R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Business, and customer-facing teams, you will drive alignment, manage risk, improve execution processes, and enable successful commercialization.

You will provide leadership beyond individual projects by influencing key stakeholders, guiding cross-functional decision-making, advancing project management best practices, and delivering portfolio-level outcomes that support customer success and business growth in accordance with the company's strategic objectives.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead a portfolio of strategic, business-critical NPI programs, driving prioritization, execution, KPI visibility, risk management, and successful commercialization.


  • Partner with business and functional leaders to align priorities, resources, and program outcomes with FS and divisional strategy, providing portfolio-level insights and recommendations.


  • Improve NPI processes, tools, and governance to increase execution speed, resource efficiency, and organizational effectiveness.


  • Serve as a TPM SME by establishing best practices, coaching teams, and promoting consistent project management excellence.


  • Collaborate with business and customer-facing teams to develop customer communications that balance customer requirements, product positioning, and protection of proprietary information.


What We Seek:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related degree/discipline is required; advanced degree preferred


  • 5+ years of experience leading new product development, commercialization, or technical programs within semiconductor fabrication consumables or a related industry.


  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes related to chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) and technical fluency in CMP-related chemistry, engineering and manufacturing; a minimum of 3 years in a CMP-related role is highly preferred.


  • Demonstrated success leading complex, business-critical NPI programs from concept through commercialization while achieving customer, quality, schedule, and business objectives.


  • Advanced program and portfolio management skills, including prioritization, risk management, stakeholder alignment, conflict resolution, governance, and executive communication; PMP certification preferred.


  • Strong knowledge of stage-gate NPI processes with demonstrated experience leading cross-functional gate reviews, driving decisions, and ensuring commercialization readiness.


  • Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and build alignment across functions, levels, and geographies without direct authority.


  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business leaders, customer-facing organizations, and executive stakeholders.


Your success will be measured by:

  • Successful management of a portfolio of NPIs that meet quality, customer, and business objectives


  • Influencing cross-functional teams and leaders to drive alignment, accountability, and timely decision-making across complex programs.


  • Proactively identifying, mitigating, and escalating portfolio risks, dependencies, and resource constraints while clearly communicating tradeoffs and recommendations.


  • Improving NPI performance through enhanced processes, governance, KPIs, tools, and reporting that increase transparency, predictability, and execution effectiveness.


  • Serving as a trusted TPM SME by establishing best practices, coaching teams, and driving consistent project management excellence across the organization.


  • High-quality internal and external communication, ensuring stakeholders have the right level of information at the right time to support decision-making, trust, and strategic alignment
