Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in functionalsystem testing to independently deliver highquality testing solutions

Job Description

Minimum 7 to 11 years of experience in functionalsystem testing within the Functional Testing skill cluster family Expertise in converting requirements into comprehensive test cases and developing effective test strategies Experience with testing across web and mobile applications Strong knowledge of the Software Testing Life Cycle STLC including defect management configuration management and release management Proficient in using test management tools such as JIRA for dashboard creation and reporting Ability to work in a multigeo team environment with overlapping hours for US time zones Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and stakeholders Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently with full ownership of testing deliverables

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead and manage the functional testing efforts ensuring alignment with customer technical standards Independently plan design and execute test cases to validate requirements Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and service providers across multiple platforms and applications Own the testing discipline and ensure delivery of welltested products Communicate effectively with customers to understand requirements and provide status updates Develop and maintain test documentation including test plans test cases and reports Support defect management processes and coordinate with development teams to resolve issues Mentor and guide junior testers to enhance team capabilities
