Key Responsibilities
Project Planning Delivery
10 years of IT experience with 5 years in ProjectProgram Management
Experience managing Banking Wealth Management or Financial Services projects
Strong understanding of SDLC Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
Experience managing distributed onsiteoffshore delivery teams
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Lead endtoend delivery of applications
Develop and maintain project plans schedules and resource allocation plans
Manage project execution while ensuring adherence to quality schedule and budget commitments
Drive project governance and delivery excellence across multiple workstreams
Agile Program Management
Facilitate sprint planning release planning and backlog prioritization
Track sprint execution and delivery milestones
Coordinate across development QA architecture infrastructure and business teams
Drive continuous improvement and delivery optimization initiatives
Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact between CNB business stakeholders technology teams vendors and LTIMindtree leadership
Facilitate executive reviews steering committee meetings and project status discussions
Communicate project progress risks dependencies and mitigation plans to stakeholders
