Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of relevant engineering experience, or Graduate Degree with 4+ years, or 10+ years of relevant experience without degree.
• Ability to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance.
• Strong knowledge in manufacturing engineering and project management.
• Computer proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Minitab for data reporting and analysis.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Experience in statistical analysis and rocket propulsion components.
• Familiarity with Energetics and Department of Defense contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide night shift support for rocket motor mixing and casting operations.
• Implement process improvements for high-quality, timely delivery.
• Solve complex technical challenges with minimal oversight.
• Support onsite propellant and warhead compositions while achieving performance goals.
• Communicate across functions to ensure cooperation on projects and processes.
• Investigate and resolve root causes of problems, developing corrective actions.
• Contribute to departmental goals, budgets, and operational plans.
