Discover your exciting roleWe are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and accounting operations to join our team in Tualatin, OR. This role requires a strong accounting foundation, including understanding debits and credits, preparing journal entries, and partnering closely with accounting and operations teams to ensure accurate financial results.
Explore your tasks and responsibilitiesCash Forecasting- Develop and maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts
- Monitor liquidity and identify potential cash risks or opportunities
Project Cost Tracking- Track and analyze project costs vs. budget
- Partner with operations to identify variances and cost drivers
- Support profitability analysis at the project level
Corporate Reporting- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages
- Analyze financial results and provide variance explanations
- Support management reporting and presentation materials
Accounting Support- Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with IFRS
- Assist with month-end close processes and account reconciliations
- Partner with accounting team to ensure accuracy of financial data
Financial Analysis- Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support decision-making
- Improve reporting processes and enhance data accuracy
- Support budgeting and forecasting cycles
Other duties as assigned.Show your expertiseQualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting
- Strong accounting knowledge, including journal entries and general ledger processes
- Proficiency in Excel and financial systems
- Experience with project-based cost tracking strongly preferred
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and communicate insights clearly
Key Skills- Strong understanding of debits, credits, and financial statements
- Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with accounting and operations teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
