Job Description

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Credit Services & Loan Closing to join our Credit Services Administration team. This role is located in New York, NY.
  • Lead end-to-end syndicated loan closings, including CP validation, funding coordination, lender allocations, and seamless onboarding.
  • Knowledge of LSTA/LMA standards and syndicated loan life cycle, which includes familiarity with par loan trading and loan settlement processes.
  • Analyze and interpret credit documentation to extract and validate key terms (rates, fees, covenants, maturities) for accurate deal capture and booking.
  • Own facility setup and lifecycle management, including onboarding, amendments, waivers, extensions, repricing, and restructurings.
  • Ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance through quality control reviews, monitoring limits/expirations, and adherence to reporting requirements (e.g., FR Y-14Q, 2052a).


To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting or economics degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred
  • Experience with workflow via ClearPar / Markit
  • 3-5 years of relevant Loan Agency experience supporting Syndicated Loans and interpreting complex Legal documentation
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, with a focus on Excel

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
