Senior Specialist, Client Processing

We9re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Client Processing to join our team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL.

In this role, you9ll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Support urgent requests and questions related to documentation, maintenance requirements, and COB issues through escalation chat and email support.
  • Research and resolve account servicing issues, escalating more complex matters as appropriate.
  • Monitor message queues between NetX and Global Plus to identify and resolve data quality issues impacting account maintenance message transmission.
  • Support Service Center requests, including address forwarding, combined margin, non-purpose lending, and document transfers.
  • Process account maintenance updates accurately, efficiently, and in line with established procedures and controls.
  • Assist with the automation of manual processes.
  • Audit support.

To be successful in this role, we9re seeking the following:
  • Bachelor9s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 5-7 years of total work experience is preferred.
  • Experience in operations, client service, or a related financial services environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
