Senior Specialist, Client Operations

We9re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Client Service Management to join our Total Wealth Services Ops team. This role is located in Lake Mary.

In this role, you9ll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Serve as a point of contact to clients to resolve moderately complex day-to-day service issues.
  • Partner with clients and key stakeholders across the enterprise to understand and deliver on client needs and align with BNY commercial strategy.
  • Provide exceptional client service to meet client needs and expectations across all products and services.
  • Participate in the end-to-end client service delivery model, report on client satisfaction, and support continuous service improvement initiatives including digital adoption.

To be successful in this role, we9re seeking the following:
  • Bachelor9s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4-5 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
