Job DescriptionBNY is seeking a
Senior Specialist, Client Operations to join the
Archer team in Berwyn, PA - 4 days in-office. This role will be responsible for executing quality control activities, identifying and escalating operational risk, supporting control assessments, and helping ensure processes are performed in a controlled, accurate, and compliant manner. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and organizational skills, control-oriented thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams while communicating insights clearly to management and senior leadership.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:- Work with external clients to resolve complex day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY Mellon.
- Support clients in addressing and resolving complex operational and technical issues and ensure requests are executed.
- Apply advanced problem-solving skills, judgment, and experience to analyze information and deliver high-quality service to a specialized client base.
- Proactively assist clients in reviewing potential business needs and direct them to appropriate BNY Mellon resources; help improve the client experience through process improvements.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
- Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of BNY Mellon products and services, with ability to support multiple complex client accounts.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
