About the Role:Crusoe is looking for a Sourcing Specialist responsible for building, owning, and executing sourcing strategies for corporate services (IT, Finance, Legal, HR, People, Travel). You will manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle from strategy and market analysis to contract negotiation and supplier performance management. As a key business partner to corporate leaders, you will deliver value, mitigate risk, and ensure the right supplier relationships to support Crusoe's growth.
What You'll Be Working On:- Build, own, and execute sourcing strategies for corporate services categories including IT, Finance, Legal, HR, People, and Travel
- Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle from market analysis and strategy development through contract negotiation and supplier performance management
- Partner with corporate leaders to deliver value, mitigate risk, and ensure the right supplier relationships to support Crusoe's growth
- Conduct spend analysis, develop category strategies with measurable cost savings, and drive continuous improvement across corporate procurement
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to optimize cost, quality, and service delivery
What You'll Bring to the Team:- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years in category management or procurement with an indirect/corporate services focus
- Proven track record of developing category strategies with measurable cost savings
- Strong contract negotiation and supplier relationship management (SRM) skills
- Excellent spend analysis and problem-solving abilities with exceptional stakeholder partnership skills and the ability to influence at all levels
- Hands-on experience with P2P systems (e.g., Coupa, Zip, SAP Ariba)

- Deep expertise in professional services, facilities, or enterprise technology categories
- MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPSM)

Compensation RangeCompensation will be paid in the range of up to $95,000 - $115,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant's knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
