Senior Solutions Architect to join our

This is a
full-time remote position
, open only to candidates based in and around Long Island, New York. The annual base salary range is
$180,000 - $200,000. Candidates will be paid within this range based on their work experience and skills. Candidates are also eligible for our full list of benefits linked here.
Responsibilities:- Own the daily operational execution of technical projects, with a focus on requirements clarity, story management, and backlog grooming.
- Support lean, efficient sprint management through daily standups, prioritization, and milestone tracking-particularly with offshore teams in varied time zones.
- Translate high-level business requirements into clear, detailed user stories and tasks in Trello.
- Maintain up-to-date sprint boards, proactively flagging blockers or dependencies to the Program Manager.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and QA leads to ensure work is technically feasible, scoped appropriately, and aligned with release goals.
- Monitor sprint performance and velocity, and support continuous improvement through retrospectives and agile best practices.
- Work closely with the client's development team to align on timelines, milestones, and technical dependencies, ensuring joint execution stays on track.
- Provide timely reporting on sprint progress, completion rates, and risks to internal leadership.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years of technical project/product management experience in software development environments.
- Strong experience managing sprints and backlogs using Trello (or similar lightweight tools).
- Comfortable working with offshore engineering teams; experience managing across time zones is a plus.
- Ability to write, manage, and prioritize detailed user stories and technical requirements.
- Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies and how to apply them in real-world team settings.
- Excellent organizational and task management skills with a strong bias for execution and follow-through.
- Technical fluency-you don't need to code, but you should be able to understand developer conversations and system dependencies.
