Full Job Description
Sr. Solution Delivery Architect, Digital Solutions Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Solution Delivery Architect (SDA), Digital Solutions to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the regional design authority for customer solutions delivered by the Professional Services organization. You will ensure that customer requirements are translated into scalable, secure, and supportable solution designs that align with Iron Mountain’s standardized solution patterns, architectural principles, and contractual commitments. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) In this role, you will:
  • Serve as Regional Design Authority: Own and govern low-level technical designs from post-sale through UAT and handover, ensuring adherence to approved architectures, best practices, and contractual compliance.
  • Lead Discovery & Requirements Validation: Partner with pre-sales, functional architects, and business analysts to guide discovery, assess customer needs, and advocate for recommended solutions aligned with functional and security requirements.
  • Drive Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance to regional Professional Services teams across domains such as data discovery, ingestion, IDP, AI/ML automation, workflow orchestration, and integration.
  • Evolve Enterprise Governance: Collaborate with global enterprise architecture and the PS Technology Office to develop standard reference architectures, manage architectural risks, and escalate non-standard use cases.

  • Core Technical Expertise: Proven track record designing and delivering digital and information management solutions, with specialist-level knowledge in IDP, ECM, workflow orchestration, AI/LLMs, and cloud platforms.
  • Development & Integration Skills: Hands-on technical proficiency in modern development stacks (Python, Java, .NET/C#, REST, JavaScript) and strong architectural skills across APIs and data extraction frameworks.
  • Leadership & Influence: Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to engage senior technical audiences, resolve complex implementation issues, and influence matrixed teams.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred, or equivalent experience).
