Acting as a trusted advisor, the consultant brings deep payments expertise while translating complex capabilities into clear, client-focused solutions across multiple channels.

What you'll do:
  • Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Relationship Management teams to support strategic mid-market and enterprise opportunities.
  • Engage directly with clients to understand business requirements and position tailored payment solutions that solve for their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Certification, and Operations) to gather the latest product capabilities and ensure accurate solution design.
  • Lead client-facing discussions including solution walkthroughs, technical deep dives, and discovery sessions.
  • Develop and deliver compelling, segment-specific presentations and solution decks.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Fiserv's enterprise payments ecosystem across channels (in-store, eCommerce, omnichannel) and support RFP/RFI responses with solutioning expertise and technical input.
  • Drive internal enablement by training Account Managers and Relationship Managers on relevant products and solutions.
  • Facilitate ongoing knowledge-sharing sessions, including technical deep dives and product updates.

Experience you'll need to have:
  • 7 years of experience working in payments, with exposure to acquirers, POS, or related payment technologies.
  • Technical background in software, payments, or solution consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of the payment's ecosystem, working with APIs, SDKs, including card-present and card-not-present flows.
  • Experience working with multiple payment providers, platforms, and large-scale payment ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to design and position integrated solutions across complex environments in a creative, client-centric manner.
  • Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market clients in a solution consulting, pre-sales, or product role.
  • Experience creating executive-level presentations and technical solution decks.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Experience that would be great to have:
  • Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree in related field.
  • Deep familiarity with payments platforms, feature, workflows and use cases.
  • Experience enabling or training sales, account management, or relationship teams.
  • Experience working in a multi-channel payments environment.
  • Self-starter with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

How you'll work:
  • This role is hybrid. You will work 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
