About the Role

Canon U.S.A. Inc., headquartered in Melville, NY seeks a Senior Solutions Analyst (Sr Analyst, Solutions). The Senior Solutions Analyst researches, plans and evaluates the effectiveness of processes, systems, procedures or methodologies through review and evaluation of detailed data. A developing professional, working towards full proficiency in the job role. Receives general instruction from manager on expected work outcomes and exercises good judgment in day-to-day matters. Typically reports to a Manager or Senior Manager, but may report to a senior professional individual contributor when business needs dictate.

This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on other days). Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.

Your Impact

- Develops strategies with key decision makers and end-user customers in various Canon sales channel and with the intent of maintaining and increasing Canon-branded and third-party software solution installs and future sales.
- Responsible for the program management of existing and future product development initiatives across Canon organizations. This role drives the planning, execution, and lifecycle management of innovative solutions that leverage Canon and third-party technologies to meet evolving customer and market requirements. Working cross-functionally with sales, engineering, product management, and support teams, the Program Manager ensures alignment between business objectives, product roadmaps, and go-to-market strategies. This multifaceted position requires a strategic leader with strong technical acumen, the ability to guide complex development programs, foster collaboration among stakeholders, mentor team members, and champion the successful delivery of scalable solutions that support business growth and sales enablement.
- Partner directly with Canon customers, prospects, and sales teams to understand business objectives, assess technology requirements, and drive customer success throughout the solution lifecycle. Lead discovery and requirements-gathering sessions, analyze organizational processes, define project scope and priorities, provide solution recommendations and estimates, and serve as a subject matter expert to support the successful design, implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimization of Canon and third-party technology solutions.
- Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert throughout the sales and solution development lifecycle, working closely with customers, prospects, and sales teams to understand business and technical requirements. Provide solution demonstrations, technical consultations, and proof-of-concept development to validate solution fit, showcase capabilities, and address customer objectives. Translate customer needs into scalable solution recommendations, providing technical guidance and best practices that support successful solution adoption, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive solution proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), solution architecture and configuration recommendations, and professional services cost estimates aligned to customer business requirements. Collaborate with sales, technical, and delivery teams to define scope, articulate solution value, establish implementation approaches, and provide accurate pricing that supports customer decision-making, mitigates project risk, and accelerates successful sales deal closure.
- Typically reports to a Manager or Senior Manager, and may mentor or supervise one or two less experienced professional staff.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 5 years of related experience
- Experience with CRM, ECM
- Proven success as a Project Manager and ability to manage multiple projects of various sizes simultaneously
- Proficient in IT technologies and in communicating technically with client IT professionals
- A single person must have the ability to lift 100 lbs.
- Ability to lift, carry and move equipment weighing 275+ pounds with the help of others

We are providing the anticipated salary range for this role: $92,210 - $138,080 annually.
