Job Summary

Leads solution design architectures for several applications - mapping business requirements to high level design covering technologies, services, and products. Design, describe, and manage the solution by collaborating with various delivery teams and other IT teams Enterprise Architect, Security, Infrastructure etc.. Provides technical expertise to development teams for technical patterns and best practices. Works closely with Enterprise architects and helps in creating technical roadmaps and guidelines.

Job Duties
  • Leads in the creation and solution design of architectures for delivery, development, and support of projects.
  • Provides technical expertise for development teams on projects and initiatives.
  • Guides development teams for technical patterns and best practices
  • Mapping of business capabilities to technical solutions and modules
  • Develops technical Roadmap of applications
  • Translate business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint and design specifications adhering to enterprise architecture and security best practice standards.
  • Collaborate with other architects (IE: Business Architects) and enterprise/domain architects to ensure solutions are optimized and aligned with strategic direction (some may be vended partners).
  • Creating and leading the process of integrating IT systems for it to meet the requirements of an organization
  • Conducting periodic system architecture evaluation and collaborating with project management and IT development team to improve the architecture
  • Evaluating project constrains to find alternatives, alleviate risks, and perform re-engineering (if required)
  • Updating stakeholders about any issues connected to the architecture
  • Fixing technical issues as they arise
  • Good understanding of enterprise tools and the organization process.
  • Experience with various processes within Healthcare Domain
  • Analyzing the business impact that individual technical choices may have on a client & business processes
  • Continuously researching emerging technologies and proposing changes to the existing architecture
  • Creating and maintaining, enhancing procedures, processes, and designs for the organization's systems
  • Mentor and guiding development teams


Job Qualifications

Required Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, Information Services, or other IT related

Required Experience:
  • 6 years' experience as a Solution Architect or in a Lead Architect Role managing and maintaining enterprise systems
  • 3 yrs experience on the Healthcare Domain Business Process
  • 3 yrs Experience with complex solutioning with vendor Integration: Cloud Integration
  • 3 yrs Experience with full stack development and deployment
  • Microservice and API Strategy
  • Hands-on PowerShell scripting and other JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS, NodeJS.
  • Troubleshooting and Optimize SQL Queries and Slowness/bottlenecks.
  • Security Standards and guidelines - Encryption, Web Tokens, Single SignOn, API data Security standards
  • Experience in various DevOps and DevSecOps Strategies
  • Web N-Tier Architecture and Architecture Design Patterns.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Experienced in development (Programming) skills and Performance tuning of applications
  • Superior communication skills
  • Excellent project and resource management skill
  • In-depth business and technical analysis skills
  • Risk identification and management skills
  • Ability to consult management and engineering teams, with technical advice regarding business analysis, project management, IT architecture, infrastructure, cloud development, and software architecture design
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to see the connections between layers of business operations
  • Ability to understand how different parts of business operations are connected and how business processes achieve their goals
  • Ability to define the beneficial solutions and the ones which are inefficient for a particular business need
  • Experience with reviewing and ensuring systems are built to adhere with the Compliance and Legal Department Mandates and Requirements.
