Position Summary...
The Senior Software Engineer will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions aligned with business objectives. This role requires expertise in software architecture, coding standards, and agile methodologies to create maintainable, high-quality components. The successful candidate will analyze requirements, anticipate risks, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with technical and functional needs. They will also drive continuous improvement through testing, debugging, and automation, while maintaining compliance with security and quality standards. This position demands strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to excellence in software engineering practices.

What you'll do...
  • Analyze and scope software requirements, including functional and non-functional aspects, to align with business objectives.
  • Design scalable, maintainable software components using established architecture and design patterns.
  • Develop, test, and maintain high-quality code adhering to coding standards and security policies.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and debugging to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver iterative and incremental software solutions.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00
