Position Summary...As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements. What you'll do...- Analyze and classify requirements, including functional and non-functional, to align solutions with business objectives.
- Design scalable software components and assist in converting high-level designs into detailed functional logic.
- Develop maintainable, testable code adhering to coding standards and security policies.
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, and implement telemetry features to ensure performance and reliability.
- Create and execute test cases, perform defect analysis, and support continuous integration and delivery processes.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective and adaptive maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs and promote continuous improvement.
What you'll bring:- Extensive experience in software engineering with strong technical acumen in coding, debugging, and continuous development.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming and knowledge of multiple coding languages and frameworks.
- Expertise in requirement analysis, solution design, and detailed software architecture for scalable distributed systems.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough code reviews and deliver high-quality, maintainable software components.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, iterative development, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
- Strong skills in defect management, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting to ensure application performance and reliability.
- Experience implementing telemetry, security policies, and software testing strategies to meet business and technical requirements.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00
