Job Description:
• 4+ years of primary, hands-on experience in Data Science and Predictive Modeling,
with a strong foundation in a production environment.
• Demonstrable, hands-on knowledge and proficiency with Python and SQL (a must-
have requirement for this role), including libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, and
NumPy.
• 3+ years of dedicated experience in Statistical Analysis, Machine Learning (ML)
algorithms, and deploying models into production.
• Strong understanding of Data Integration, Feature Engineering, and working with
both structured and unstructured datasets.
• Experience with Model Documentation and tracking experiments (e.g., MLflow,
DVC, or Jupyter) and a commitment to reproducible research practices.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills, with a strong attention to detail when
validating data integrity and model performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate
complex data findings and statistical metrics into actionable business insights for
non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage end-to-end data projects (from
discovery to deployment), and thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven setting.
