We're a high-performing, fast-moving team with ethics at the center of everything we do. Expectations are high, and so are the rewards. We're looking for an exceptional Senior Software Engineer to help shape the future of our core platforms, products, and customer experiences. FinTech is one of the most complex and rapidly evolving spaces in technology, and the challenges we're tackling require deep innovation, critical thinking, and scale that don't always have strong precedents.

Own infrastructure components end to end, including requirements definition, architectural design, implementation, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement. Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering teams to support complex, business-critical workloads, platform capabilities, and large-scale system integrations. Identify systemic reliability, performance, scalability, and operational challenges and implement durable solutions through automation, observability, and engineering best practices. Provide technical leadership during on-call rotations, major incident response, root cause analysis, and remediation efforts to ensure production system stability and availability. Define and guide monitoring, capacity planning, and scaling strategies for production systems and infrastructure. Ensure infrastructure systems meet and advance security, compliance, and operational standards in production environments. Mentor and guide engineers, influence technical direction, and review designs to improve overall infrastructure quality and maintainability. Author and maintain high-quality technical documentation, design proposals, and operational guidance. Telecommuting permitted.
