Full Job Description
What You\'ll Do
  • Incubate Zero-to-One Solutions
  • Spot high-impact opportunities and turn them into agentic solutions - from first concept to real, adopted impact.
  • Own your solutions end to end and keep making them better.

Own the Service
  • Act as the go-to owner for your agentic solutions - shaping the vision, shepherding them through their lifecycle, and ensuring they deliver lasting value.
  • Partner with teams across the business to understand their needs and translate them into solutions people love to use.

Build Trust & Drive Adoption
  • Champion safe, responsible and accountable use of AI agents across the organization.
  • Bring stakeholders on the journey - building the excitement and confidence that turns pilots into everyday tools.

Measure What Matters
  • Track and tell the story of the value your solutions create, from time saved to new ways of working.

Who You Are:
  • A creative entrepreneur energized by building something from nothing.
  • A natural connector who builds trust and brings people along.
  • A product thinker with a real technical foundation.
  • A storyteller who turns complex AI into clear business value.
  • A believer in the mission - you want your work to help people realize the life they imagine through learning.

What You Bring

This is a rare \"super IC\" role - we\'re looking for an unusual blend in one person, not a single track:
  • 5+ years across some mix of product management, solution or service ownership, technical program management, R&D or innovation - ideally more than one of these.
  • A proven zero-to-one record: you\'ve taken ideas from blank page to a live, adopted solution, and owned them through iteration and improvement.
  • Enough technical depth in AI and agentic systems to make real build decisions, scope what\'s feasible, and partner credibly with engineers - without needing to write production code yourself.
  • Strong product sense and UX/architecture instinct: you can shape both what gets built and how it should feel and fit together.
  • The delivery skills to orchestrate moving parts, manage stakeholders, and ship reliably against a plan.
  • Clear, persuasive communication: you can turn a complex agentic capability into a story that wins stakeholders and drives adoption - and you measure the value you create.

What You\'ll Gain:
  • The chance to help build the world\'s best symbiotic workforce from the ground up - genuinely zero-to-one work.
  • Room to work at the frontier of agentic AI, with real ownership and autonomy.
  • Impact you can see: freeing thousands of colleagues to do their best work, in service of learners worldwide.
  • A small, high-caliber team in the Office of the CTO, with visibility to senior technology leadership.
