Senior Software Engineer (Java) to drive the design, development, and governance of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. This role will lead complex initiatives, ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, and partner cross-functionally to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing CRM capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and support scalable cloud-native applications and services using Java (Spring Boot), microservices architecture, and modern web technologies.
- Build, enhance, and maintain responsive user interfaces using React and reusable component frameworks.
- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs to support enterprise applications and system integrations.
- Lead end-to-end solution design activities, ensuring alignment with architectural standards, security requirements, and business objectives.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and DevOps practices to improve software delivery and operational efficiency.
- Monitor application health, troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement performance improvements.
- Apply enterprise security standards, observability practices, and operational controls across application and platform solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable technology solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and best practices to engineering teams while driving continuous improvement and innovation.
Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Five to six years of relevant experience
Required Skills / Experience:- Experience building applications using Java (Spring Boot, microservices architecture).
- Expertise in designing and consuming RESTful APIs and building cloud-native, scalable services
- Hands-on experience with modern UI frameworks (React) and building responsive, reusable components
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (e.g., Kubernetes), and DevOps practices
- Understanding of observability, monitoring, and enterprise security frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end solution design and architectural governance
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience analyzing production issues and improving system performance
