Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with one or more general purpose programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C , Python, or Go).
Preferred qualifications:- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
- 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms in either an academic or industry setting.
- Experience developing accessible technologies, and experience in code and system health, diagnosis and resolution, and software test engineering.
- Experience developing Generative AI Agents.
Responsibilities - Design and implement agentic architecture, tools, and features that enable scalable, low-latency data access and analysis to ground Coach responses in users' longitudinal health, biometric, and fitness data.
- Write production-grade code and evals to enable secure data retrieval layers and investigative tools.
- Identify product gaps and suggest feature enhancements that drive user value, while proposing architectural code improvements for long-term scalability and maintainability.
- Work with Product Managers, UX Designers, and frontend engineers to refine the user experience and resolve cross-functional technical issues.
- Mentor junior engineers, and conduct design and code reviews to maintain engineering standards within the team.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
