  • Integrate tokenization workflows with enterprise and external systems, including custody and wallet platforms, cash-settlement rails, identity and compliance services, transfer-agent capabilities, books-and-records systems, and client applications.
  • Evaluate emerging blockchain protocols, smart-contract, interoperability, privacy, and cryptographic technologies, and assess their relevance to institutional tokenization products.

  • Strong capital-markets and tokenization domain expertise across one or more relevant asset classes, such as: (a) Securitized products, including mortgage-backed securities and asset-backed securities; (b) Equities and equity-linked instruments; (c) Repo, securities financing, and collateral; (d) Money-market funds, alternative investment funds; (e) Tokenized deposits, regulated stablecoins, or digital cash. (f) Proven ability to design "need-to-know" workflows that appropriately protect confidential client, trading, position, and transaction data.
  • Practical understanding of institutional asset lifecycles, including issuance, investor eligibility, registry, custody, wallet and account management, primary distribution, restricted transfers, FoP / DvP settlement and settlement finality, corporate actions, income distributions, asset servicing, and reporting.
  • Strong event-driven, API-first, enterprise architecture experience using Java and/or TypeScript, REST/gRPC, Kafka or equivalent event-streaming platforms.
  • Familiarity with CIP and Token standards (CIP-56 or CIP-112). Minimum 5+ years of experience in Canton and Daml development.
