Full Stack Engineer – Java (Primary) / Angular (Secondary)

Strategic Advisors Technology (SAT) is seeking a Full Stack Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Java and hands‑on experience building enterprise‑scale, cloud‑ready distributed systems. We are looking for engineers who strive for engineering excellence, deliver high‑quality solutions, and are passionate about advancing modern technology practices.

The Expertise We’re Looking For

• 6–8 years of full stack development experience with a strong focus onJava and backend engineering
• Proficiency withJava EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and RESTful API development
• Experience buildingscalable microservices and distributed systems
• Familiarity withApache Tomcat or similar application servers
• Solid understanding ofobject‑oriented design, secure coding, and best engineering practices
• Experience withAngular 17+, along with TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and RxJS
• Exposure to front‑end testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma) is a plus
• Knowledge ofCI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, uDeploy or equivalent)
• Exposure toDocker/Kubernetes and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
• Self‑driven, detail‑oriented, and comfortable operating independently in a fast‑paced environment

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues.
