Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5 years of professional software development experience
• Proven ability to operate in a client-facing or consulting-style environment
• Experience designing and developing Single Page Applications (React, Angular)
• Proficiency building REST APIs (.NET, Node) with a focus on performance, security, and maintainability
• Strong understanding of application architecture, APIs, and system design principles
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and modern deployment practices
• Hands-on experience with emerging AI trends and technologies (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot, Codex)

Responsibilities

• Act as a client-facing full stack engineer, partnering with stakeholders to understand and address their business needs
• Design, develop, and deliver scalable software solutions using modern frameworks
• Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions within distributed systems
• Mentor and support engineers globally, providing guidance through code reviews and collaboration
• Maintain coding standards and best practices for quality assurance across deliverables
• Debug complex issues using various tools and analytical methodologies
• Ensure robust testing of solutions, including unit and integration tests
• Participate in client workshops and technical discussions, simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Identify opportunities for AI-driven capabilities and automation in client solutions
• Support Agile delivery through planning, estimation, and continuous improvement efforts
