The mission of the Senior Software Engineer at Cozey As Senior Software Engineer reporting to Manager, Software Engineering (WMS), your mission is to design and build the systems that power the post purchase journey of the product creating a seamless client experience. You'll create scalable, in-house solutions that replace third-party tools, ensuring speed, accuracy, and innovation at every step. By owning projects from idea to deployment, you'll help redefine how customers receive furniture with ease.
What you'll be doing - Build new features for our flagship product - the Cozey Operating System (COS)
- Create in-house tools and platforms to replace third-party solutions - we love building things from the ground up.
- Develop AI agents to automate and streamline warehouse management workflows
- Collaborate closely with operations and product teams to identify pain points and rapidly launch impactful solutions
- Own projects end-to-end - from design and architecture to implementation and deployment
We'd love to hear from you if you have - Extensive experience in strongly typed, object-oriented or TypeScript-like languages
- Experience designing, building, and evolving robust REST APIs
- Strong believer in testing culture - prioritizes unit and end-to-end testing
- Deep appreciation for clean code, code reviews, and documentation
- Passionate about solving real-world problems with scalable, maintainable solutions
- Experience with AWS (Serverless, SQS, SNS etc) is a nice to have
