  • MAWM Configuration & Implementation: Partner with implementation teams to configure the Manhattan Active WM application to meet specific distribution center operational workflows, inventory strategies, and sorting parameters.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Design, develop, and deploy operational reports and dashboards using Cognos SCI (Supply Chain Intelligence) to ensure seamless data visibility post-migration.
  • Document & Label Design: Build, modify, and test critical logistics documents, compliance labels, and operational reports required for warehouse floor execution.
  • Requirements & Documentation: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and program managers to gather robust technical and business requirements, translating them into well-structured user stories and documentation within Jira.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Play an active role in progressive testing phases (System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing) by writing test cases, validating data flows between systems, and debugging configuration issues.
  • Go-Live & Hypercare Support: Provide dedicated, on-site or remote technical support during critical go-live windows and the immediate hypercare period to ensure minimal disruption to DC operations.
  • Cloud & Integration: Work within GCP to manage and troubleshoot data integration patterns, ensuring real-time communication between the warehouse, carriers, and customers.
